Are all rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are welcome in the apartment during the low season, provided this is communicated at the time of booking.
Is it possible to dine at the farm stay?
Yes, within the property you will find Trattoria da Grazia, managed directly by the family and open to non-resident guests as well.
How far is the sea?
The nearest beaches are Rocchette and Roccamare, approximately 2.5 km away. Punta Ala is 5 km, Castiglione della Pescaia 4 km and Cala Violina 9 km.
What kind of breakfast do you offer?
The breakfast buffet features homemade cakes, tarts and biscuits accompanied by Laura’s homemade jams and fruit preserves. There is also yoghurt, fresh fruit, toast with butter, honey and chocolate spread, as well as a selection of cereals. Hot drinks are freshly prepared and served to order. On request, savoury options are also available from the menu, including scrambled eggs, ham, salads and cheeses.Non mancano yogurt, frutta fresca, pane tostato con burro, miele e cioccolato, oltre a una selezione di cereali.
Le bevande calde sono preparate espresse e servite al momento. Su richiesta, dal menù sono disponibili anche proposte salate come uova strapazzate, prosciutto, insalate e formaggi.
Are there any organised activities?
We do not organise activities directly, however our staff are happy to provide useful contacts and suggestions for arranging excursions and visits to nearby attractions. You are also welcome to visit our Activities section, where we list things to do and places to visit in the area around Castiglione della Pescaia.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations or booking modifications must be communicated in writing. For bookings during June, July, August and September, cancellations made up to 3 weeks before the expected arrival date will incur no charge. For cancellations made after this deadline and for no-shows, a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay will be applied per cancelled room for stays of up to 3 nights. For longer stays, the full deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained. For bookings during March, April, May and October, cancellations made up to one week before the expected arrival date will incur no charge.
